Showcasing the "Broken Man's" songwriting, the CD represents the best songwriting tradition of Elvis costello to Van Morrison.

James Alex Judge is happy to be here, glad to be working with some of Scotland’s finest players, and loves music in all its many forms. 

Proud of his first solo album, Learn to Forgive was recorded at Watercolour Studios in his home region of Argyll and Bute. The album features some of Scotland finest . Learn to Forgive includes 11 original songs dealing with Love, Loss, Rehabilitation and Relocation. “Life nearly broke me, this album put me back together” 

His song writing has been a constant form of expression over the years when he worked with 90’s outfit Nakedology and fellow songwriters Blair McQuarrie and Drew McCormack before moving to Manchester to work with Pete Higgins on more rock orientated projects,He is also funder member of the duo the Fluffy Bullets with Scottish born londerner Davina Bell working on a close harmony melodic acoustic act performing in the london area, before then putting aside his music for family life. 

James is now recording his second album with Watercolour Studios whilst beginning the promotion and publicity work for Learn to Forgive. James plans to take these two Albums on the road in the spring of 2024 hopefully with some of the musicians featured on these 2 albums. All in all James finds himself exactly where he needs to be.
